อริยสัจ 4. ความจริงอันประเสริฐ 4 ประการ เป็นรากฐานของคำสอนทั้งมวล ที่ทำให้ผู้เข้าถึง กลายเป็น อริยบุคคล มีดังต่อไปนี้. 1. ทุกข์ (ธรรมที่ควรรู้). หัวข้อธรรมที่นำมาสนับสนุนการศึกษาให้เข้าใจเรื่องทุกข์ 1.1 ขันธ์ 5 1.2 จิต-เจตสิก. 2. สมุหทัย (ธรรมที่ควรละ).

  4. 3. นิโรธ (ธรรมที่ควรบรรลุ) ธรรมสอดคล้องกับนิโรธ คือ นิพพาน
