Safeguarding Unit - Principal Safeguarding Manager – Kate Rose To lead and manage the Children and Adults Safeguarding Unit by supporting the development of Capacity, Confidence and Competence in safeguarding services, including Social Care, Education and Settings. Quality Assurance, Planning, Performance and Policy Manager – Mark Bayley As a key enabling arm of Children, Family and Adult Services, the QA service area is responsible for providing the mechanism to evaluate the quality of service delivery for Children, young people and adults, especially those at risk. This will be achieved through robust performance management systems linked to service planning and workforce development. Through the use of effective systems for policy development, planning and performance reporting, the performance of services will be rigorously monitored against agreed outcomes on a quarterly basis and will be based upon service self assessment.
