  1. Mentoring the Mentor Stuart White, DC, DACBN, CCN Whole Health Associates 1406 Vermont Houston, Texas 77006 713/522-6336 stuartwhite@wholehealthassoc.com www.wholehealthassoc.com

  2. Mentor goals: • To declare what is possible and establish a commitment to that possibility • Address personal and professional barriers limiting the ability to serve • Evolution of vision/mission/ethics that drive success • Create immediate action steps to apply learning and growth • Construct the round table of applied trophologists

  3. Mentoring the mentor: • Who are the mentors? – Practitioners • Who are we mentoring? – Patients and GAP • What’s the purpose? – Optimized life • How does it work? – Whatever you learn you teach someone else (anyone else) • Who’s is included? – Self selection, you pick yourself

  4. Mentoring the mentor: • Each participant attends monthly teleconferences (1 hour in duration, 4th Thursday of month) creating a round table discussion/exploration of the dynamics and details of a nutrition-based wholistic practice • Each participant chooses a colleague in his/her world to convey the notes and information – no information squandering • Issues/problems/questions are considered a learning process for everyone, although individual’s remain anonymous • All questions, comments, case studies to be directed through email to SP rep who will compile and include in next teleconference ( must be submitted 10 days prior)

  5. Attitudes of Success Inside each practitioner is a genius capable of fulfilling his/her aspirations to help others and improve the world As well inside each exists learning and wounding that contradicts the possibility of that fulfillment Healing these elements results in mastery and the authentic capability to helps others likewise complicated

  6. 10 Frequently Asked Questions Each day there are common issues and questions that present themselves to each of us in the healing arts There are many answers but only those that have courage enough to speak the truth will satisfy the questions

  7. #1 Why are there so many pills? * These pills are simply a delivery system for therapeutic foods * It is easier to take pills than to prepare and eat food twice daily * The pills will make it easy to be compliance – consistency over time creates change and strengthening

  8. #2 How long is this going to take? * Distinguish between symptom resolution ( 2-3 months) and system restoration (8-9 months) * The equation of healing time is one year for every five years sick – if you have been ill for twenty years, it will take 4 years to heal * First healing is symptom resolution, second is organ strengthening, third is DNA (genetic) repair

  9. #3 Can I take less and go slower? * There is a therapeutic dose that creates a healing inertia to causes detoxification, unburdening and trophic repair * The inertia is exponential, not just twice as fast – sometimes without enough speed and force the resistance (disease) will not be exceeded * I have no experience with going slow so I am not sure of your success with an attenuated program

  10. #4 Do I take pills the rest of my life? * Only as long as you wish to lead a remarkable life – you will become accustomed to enhanced biology and amplified potency * You will try to quit only to find you would rather use this as a support system to lead an extraordinary life * Prevention and maintenance is easier than recovery – the best strategy is prevention

  11. #5 Why animal parts? * Protomorphogen theory (PMG) states it is possible to promote intrinsic cellular repair processes resulting in augmented cellular function and health * There are protein sequences in animal sources that are not present in the vegetable kingdom – it is not a stimulant, but rather a nutrient growth factor * Mad Cow Disease (JCDv) – high risk animal sources have been replaced with porcine, glandulars derived from animals under the age of three, where there has been no record of finding mad cow

  12. #6 Can this help this disease? * We do not treat diseases, we support normal organ and cellular physiology * All conditions are improved with specific and global organ and tissue up regulation * There is no one we can’t support and help, no condition we can’t participate in, no person who doesn’t deserve nutritional enhancement

  13. #7 Can nutrients create problems? * There are some hypervitaminosis that can cause imbalance * In general a nutrient is adaptogenic and brings to center hypo and hyper * The majority of symptoms that nutrient cause are healing symptoms such as fever or catarrhal

  14. #8 Can I spend less money? * Offer discounts as needed * Plan for charity policy – no one is seen for free * Results refer – you are offering healing to those who find this way – do not let money be a stumbling block * Prepare for the issues and the answers

  15. #9 Ho do I know this will work? * Results will speak for you – document change and improvement – no one will question efficacy * True health is too subtle to be measured by any single test – multiple analytical perspectives are needed to ascertain progress * We expect results within days – if not return for quick checks

  16. #10 How long before I feel better? * You should feel some change within days, certainly within two weeks, otherwise return for a quick check * Your symptoms that you present with should be ninety percent resolved within four months * You will be finished the journey within nine to twelve months

  17. Action steps for tomorrow • Consider every patient interaction for possible evolution in yourself • Prepare for the questions with true answers • Help people ask the questions, even when they are afraid of the answers • Normalize the questions • See the issues as part of the normal process to go through with every patient – anticipate the questions – people are amazed when you answer questions before they think to ask • Questions can often cloak resistance – try to answer at the deepest level of truth possible – avoid fear based answers or threats

  18. Ask and you shall receive! * People ask to be able to receive – let the law work for our patients

  19. Give generously As you have received
