  8. COURSE STRUCTURE • DURATION: 3 YEARS, 9 TRIMESTERS • COMPULSORY INDUSTRIAL TRAINING • COMPULSORY RESEARCH PROJECT (2 TRIMESTERS)

PROGRAMME OUTCOMES …1 • Ability to acquire and apply fundamental principles of business and management. • Capability to communicate effectively. • Acquisition of technical competence in specialised areas of business • Ability to use and integrate information technology in business and decision making process. • Ability to conduct research in chosen fields of business. • Understanding and commitment to professional and ethical responsibilities.

PROGRAMME OUTCOMES …2 • Ability to work independently as well as with others in a team. • Ability to be a multi-skilled business graduate with good business knowledge, decision making, interpersonal, leadership and other business related skills. • Awareness of social, cultural, global and environmental responsibilities as business graduate • Capability to develop multi-skills, healthy mind and become a discipline individual

Student Affair Committee • To supervise the academic advisory system implementation at faculty level. • To supervise the career counseling system implementation at faculty level. • To receive and to resolve faculty students’ complaints and problems relating to academic, learning, welfare and development issues. • To supervise faculty students’ subject-based and course-based activities. • To liaise with relevant units/ divisions/ faculties/ authorities on matters regarding faculty students affairs, development, programs and activities.

  12. Faculty Expectation … • Prioritize your life: Doing well in school should be your top priority. • Study: There is no substitute. • Always attend class. • Do all of the homework and assigned reading. • Develop self-discipline. • Manage your time.

  13. What Makes ‘US” Good Students • Come to class on time • Sit in the front row • Be sure that you get a syllabus • Write down all pertinent class information • Learn your lecturer’s name and how to call • Come to class ready to learn. TURN OFF YOUR CELPHONE, PAGER, OR OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICE

  14. Continue… • Be prepared by taking good notes • Get the phone numbers of at least two • Start working on an assignment ASAP • Turn in all assignments! • Be a good group member • Learn from your mistakes

Last but Not least • Have a good attitude. • People who show up to a class and complain all the time, talking on their cell phone and behind the teacher's back, are really only displaying their immaturity. • Leave your personal problems at home, show up with a smile, and try to imagine why you might need to know this information, if it doesn't seem obvious
