  • Economic growth of India – increased cross border deals, Inward/outward investments - increased business opportunities for foreign law firms

  • Present modus operandi: friendly relationship/tie-ups and associate offices in India/referrals/recruiting from Indian law firms/ law schools (eg., Allen & Overy, Linklaters)
