Social Bonfire of 2008 Where: Robinson Cottage When: Oct. 16th, 2008 between 7:00pm – 10:00pm Why: Social gathering to help ease people to socialize within this society *Description As you can see on your right, the gathering was fun from cooking hamburgers and hotdogs and having a great time doing so. We, the executive, would like to thank the people (from students and staff of the History Department) who help contribute to the event by coming, or by providing food for the potluck or materials to help make this event a success. History Society President, Jason Kontak, having a good time. At the gathering, people having fun cooking on the barbecue.

MONTREAL TRIP 2009 • Where: Montreal • When: January 29th - February 1st (Thursday to Sunday)‏ • 4 days, 3 nights • Why: As a part of the History Society, this trip allows people to have fun, while still seeing the history of a town of Montreal • Price includes: bus, hotel, supper (Friday night), a tour of Old Montreal • Free time to discover one on Canada’s most historic cities … hope to see you there • Forms: can be found at the History bulletin board
