  5. Management Team • Management Summary • General information about the team’s abilities. • Over 25 years combined work experience • Members who have worked for Fortune 500 Companies • “Mottos”: Open-door policies, democratic style, empowering employees • 1 – 2 paragraphs

  6. Management Summary Example DWE’s managerial team has over 10 years experience in managing; from small business of 25 people to large Fortune 500 companies. The management at DWE believes in the importance of open-door policies for all employees in order to create a work environment that is both friendly and productive. DWE believes in empowering employees where decisions are made by multiple employees in a democratic setting. DWE has over 3 managers who are Sigma 6 Black belt certified.

The range is between 1.5 million – 3.0 million per fiscal year.

Financial Plan Overview • This section looks at the fiscal behavior your company will be engaging in. • Looking at cost and capital, what do you need to buy, what do you have, what will you think about buying in the future? • Equity/debt • For class, only 2 paragraphs and doesn’t have to be in-depth

  15. Financial Plan Overview Example In order for DWE to have successful growth, there needs to be a significant increase in the company’s cash flow which will be generated by its operations. Outsider investment in DWE stocks will be sold to generate extra cash. These stocks will supply DWE with cash which will be used to buy capital as well as pay off the interest in their initial loans. The management team will be tasked with building equity in the product through franchising and brand names.
