  4. 2010-2012 Agenda I Transposition of the EU Directives by the end of 2011 (4 Directives transposed to date) NEED: • TAIEX (workshops, seminars, expert assistance – 6 in total)

II Register on Injuries at Work and Occupational DiseasesNEED:IPA Project : Organization of the Register on Injuries at Work and Occupational Diseases in Serbia; lead institutions: Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Health, other ministries, National Pension Fund, Health Insurance Office,National Occupational Health Institute, social partners Objective: Improved workers’ health, planning and safer conditions of work focused to decreased number of injuries at work and occupational diseases – better reporting system for injuries at work & occupational diseases

  6. IIaAdvanced training for OSH experts NEED: IPA Project to enhance capacity of OSH staff IIb Legislative activities (injuries at work and professional diseases insurance)NEED:IPA Project (legislation and practice in the EU countries)

  7. 2010-2012 Agenda III Priorities to address OSH issues: • SMEs • High-risk sectors (construction, agriculture, wood processing, chemical industry) NEED: • Within PROGRESS Programme – seminars, roundtables, workshops with social partners – target gropus: employers and workers

  8. 2010-2012 Agenda IV Training for vulnerable groups of employees (pregnant women, elderly, PWD, etc.) NEED: • Twinning – workshops, roundtables, seminars with social partners

  9. 2010-2012 Agenda V Further promotion and development of international relations NEED: • To enhance cooperation with the EU-OSHA (Serbian OSH Directorate is national focal point): • Involvement in campaigns organized by the EU –OSHA • Celebration of the European Week of Safety and Health at Work

  10. 2010-2012 Agenda • Establishment of relations with the Eurofound • Enhanced cooperation with the countries in the region and EU Members
