Technical knowledge • Nearly most of the jobs now require technical knowledge in areas like understanding of computer hardware using Microsoft writing letters spreadsheets and sending out emails. If you wanted to start working in IT you need to know all the things that your job requires for example software development you would need to have programming skills.

  3. Time management • Time management are one of the crucial things what employers seek, you cant set your self a bad example and be late or not arrive to work on random days all the time because you will get sacked for not taking the job serious. You should always try to meet you deadlines in time so that the employer will think that you have good time management skills.

  4. Problem solving & Decision-making • You need to be good at problem solving and decision making skills because it shows that your are using your head to find creative ways around issues and putting in effort towards things. This also improves you communication skills by talking to each other to get different opinions. You will also gain skills in processing information and meeting obligations

  5. Self-motivation • In order to have self motivation skills you need to put thing in your own hands no whining or complaining about things just get on with it. You need to stay motivated. There are different ways of motivating people every one has there own different ways. Employers look at the way you act towards things you need to be up to the job.

  6. Communication skills • Commutation is one of the main skills that you need to have. Need to use terminology that will be understood by other employees and employers. Another thing is that you cant be mumbling incase someone gets something wrong you've got to be loud and clear. You can also encourage the employees or employer to feedback to you so that you can check that they have fully understood.

  7. Team working • One of the main issues in employment if you cannot get on with other people then there may be a problem.
