  4. Travel Arrangements • Outbound journey and Day 1 • Meet Ponteland High School for coach to Manchester Airport • Thursday 6th October at 11:15 for Check in at 05.00 hours • Depart Manchester (T3) 07.15 • Ryanair 3204 • Arrive Rome Ciampino 11.00 • Transfer to Sorrento • Check in Hotel

  5. Homeward Journey • Check out of hotel – Tuesday 12th October • Check-in Rome airport 09.25 (Ryanair3205 ) • Depart Rome at 11.25 • Arrive at Manchester Airport at 13.20 • Coach to Ponteland High School arrival approx 18.00

Ryanair luggage allowance: Hand Luggage • Each passenger is allowed TWO pieces of hand luggage, one bag weighing no more than 10kg with maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 20cm and one small bag up to 35 x 20 x 20cm. Checked Hold Luggage • Each passenger has booked ONE piece of standard checked luggage weighing no more than 15kg per bag.

What to take??? • Variable climate – no longer summer • A raincoat, sensible walking shoes, an umbrella etc.. • A strong, lockable suitcase • Towels • Camera/i-pod –batteries/European plug • 15KG hold baggage LIMIT!!!!!!!!! • Hand luggage: no liquids (inc. perfume & lip gloss); no aerosols; no sharp instruments (e.g. razor, scissors, tweezers) • Electrical goods in suitcase (phones/ipods/ipads etc. must be charged and capable of being switched on if travelling in the cabin) • Medication • A pen and a pencil! • Passport and EHIC card
