OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS • Analizar cada uno de los pasos de la • metodología para la toma de decisiones, • aplicándolo a un problema de decisión a corto plazo. • Explicar en qué consiste el análisis Marginal , como herramienta que facilita la toma de decisiones a corto plazo. • Utilizar las diferentes tecnologías que integran la • administración de Costos para facilitar • el proceso de la toma de decisiones.
