  3. RAIL TICKET BOOKING PROCESS Log on www.momrail.com

Go to Start Menu >> Control Panel >> Click on JAVA >> Security >> Edit Exception Site List >> Add below Mentioned Links >> Click OK SYSTEM SETTINGS Note : In Case if there is no JAVA Updated on your System, kindly Download and install same using below link http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=98426

  5. Attach dongle issued to you by MOM into your computer and install the software LOGIN PROCESS: 2. Log on www.momrail.com Certificate pop up will appear Select certificate and click on OK 3. Pop up to enter User Pin will appear Enter User Pin (abc@123) Click on OK

  6. 1. Select language as per your convenience 2. Then click on Sign In

  7. 1.Enter registered email ID2. Enter login password received from MMPL3. Click on Login

  8. 1.Enter Source Station2. Enter Destination Station3. Select travel Date by Clicking on Calendar (Max 120 Days in Advance)4. Select Class (As per Requirement)5. Select Quota (General, Tatkal or Ladies)6. Click on Search Calendar Pop Ups once you Click on Date Box

  9. System will provide list of available trains as per your last entries - Check availability of seats by clicking on Availability box of suitable train

  10. Seats Availability for Travel Date and Following 5 Days will be reflected- Click on Book and proceed with the booking

  11. Enter Passenger Details1. Passenger Name (As per ID Proof)2. Age (As per ID Proof)3. Gender (Male / Female)4. Select Choice (As per Preference)5. Enter Passenger Info6. Click on Next

  12. Confirm Passenger Details and Click on Book

  13. Make Payment Using MOM Wallet Credentials1. Enter User Name2. Enter MPIN3. Click on Submit

  14. Authenticate Booking By Entering your TPINClick on Validate Enter any Payment Remarks for your convenience

  15. Booking SucceedClick on Print Ticket

  16. RAIL TICKET CANCELLATION PROCESS Log on www.momrail.com

  17. Click on Manage Booking

  18. Booking History will be Reflected. Select Ticket to be Cancelled

  19. Select Passenger to be CancelledClick on Cancel TicketAmount will be Refunded to MOM Wallet within 48 Working Hrs

  20. TDR FIILING PROCESS TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt) if the passenger was not able to perform the journey due to any /or the following reasons: 1. Train cancelled by railways 2. Train running late by more than 3 (three) hours & passenger not travelled 3. Difference of fare in case proper coach not attached 4. AC Failure 5. Travelled without proper ID proof 6. Wrongly charged by TTE 7. Party partially travelled 8. Passenger not travelled The users can apply for refund in such cases. TDR Can be Filed After Chart Preparation and within 3 Hrs of Train Departure. Request for TDR will be forwarded to IRCTCAfter Verification by IRCTC if found valid amount will be refunded to MOM Wallet within 90 Days of Request

  22. 1. Select Ticket against which TDR to be Filed2. Click on FILE TDR

  23. 1. Select Passenger2. Select Valid Reason of TDR Filing from the Drop Down3. Click on SUBMIT TDR
