  2. Health Quest • On a word document or on loose leaf, head your page in HP format. If you choose to answer on loose leaf you are responsible for keeping the sheet over two to three classes without loosing it. If you are saving to netbook, be sure to save in two places in case your netbook has to go for repairs you will have access to your work on a memory stick or U drive. • You need headphones or set your volume very low.

Final project • Once you have handed in your page with quest answers on it ( and your name) , please choose 1 of the following final projects. • 1) Create a recipe book with some of your favourite recipes. Be sure to follow the number of servings of healthy food groups in the Canada food guide. Include a grocery list. • 3)Prepare a power point of at least 8 slides to inform your classmates about healthy eating and importance of fitness.
