  4. Has my child moved on? • Can they demonstrate the skill independently? • Can they demonstrate the skill over time? • Have they achieved all elements? • Can they demonstrate the skill consistently? • Always better to be cautious.

  5. Using APP at home • Your child should know their current target – are they able to say how they can achieve this target? • Is there any benefit to “jumping ahead”? • Working together as parents and teacher – a two pronged approach.
