  2. 16S-1650 Transmission • 0750 118 130 内圈挡边断裂 (Inner ring flange fracture) Flange Fracture ●断裂失效模式分析： Failure mode analysis 根据巴西ZF,杭州ZF和NRB三方的分析, 初步判定挡边断裂是由于油沟轮廓不规则,导致尖角应力集中所引起。 As per the preliminary analysis of ZFB, ZFDH and NRB the fracture may caused by irregularity of the undercut profile, the sharp corner caused concentration of stress. 真正失效原因待失效件实物返回后再作进一步分析； The root cause of the fracture need to be confirmed after the failed parts being returned to NRB. 失效模式: 2套轴承在使用过程中发生内圈挡边断裂. Failure mode: The flange of 2 pieces of bearings broke in field. （由于失效件尚未返回，此处以类似件代为展示） This is picture of from of a similar part, the failed parts has not being returned to NRB yet. 失效件油沟轮廓 Undercut of the failed part www.themegallery.com

  3. 16S-1650 Transmission 改进计划　Improvement action plan 改手工磨刀为订制成型刀具,　先将成型刀具投影，确认其轮廓合格后再加工产品.   4. 16S-1650 Transmission 目前的状态 Improvement achieved by now 第一批刀具已到位, 除刀具某些参数需稍做调整外, 试用情况总体来说很成功. The first batch of cutting tools arrived. Trials were successful except that some parameters need to be modified slightly. 改善前的刀具Previous cutting tool 第一批成型刀具 1st batch of machine formed cutting tool 第一批成型刀车制的油沟 Undercuts made by the 1st batch of machine –formed cutting tool 改善前的油沟 Previous undercut 目前正在订做第二批刀具，而然后制作样品提交ZF确认. We have ordered the 2nd batch of cutting tools, When the modified cutting tools arrive we will make samples to submit to ZF to verify. www.themegallery.com
