Obiective - infrastructura • Retea de calculatoare in fiecare agentie – min. 5 statii • Retea de comunicatii la nivel de judet • Retea de comunicatii la nivelul tarii • Baze de date judetene - persoane inregistrate • Baze de date judetene - locuri de munca disponibile • Baze de date judetene - contributii • Baze de date nationale (prin consolidare) • Instruire utilizatori – toate domeniile sistemului (lege si proceduri de operare noi, aplicatii noi – 18 module, tehnologii informatice noi)

Etape – proiect finantat de WB • Iulie 2000 : depunerea ofertelor • Decembrie 2000 : desemnarea castigatorului • Iunie 2001 : intrarea in vigoare a contractului • Octombrie 2001 : finalizare infrastructura • Martie 2002 : intrarea in productie a aplicatiei • Noiembrie 2002 : acceptanta sistemului • 2003 – exploatare, extinderi (sw, hw, comms)
