Red Light Enforcement System ——Loop Detection The front-end system consists of embedded high definition camera, signal detector, vehicle detector(loop), LED complement light（ explosion flash and stroboscopic flash ）. Single 2 Mega camera can cover 3 one-way lanes. This system can realize ANPR function, with the addition of video detection function ,when the loops fail to work. This system work flow chart shows as follows: Loop Detection

Working principle: Cameras recognize the color of traffic signal light frame by frame, and automatically match with related land, tracking vehicle passed, snapshot the violation vehicle, recognize number plate, video record, video storage, upload results to management centre.
