  2. David Alessi (Vegas) holds a bachelor's degree from Cal Poly Pomona in 1990 and a law degree from the University of La Verne School of Law in 1998. In 1998, he enrolled in Pepperdine School of Law as a visiting student, where he studied at the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. David Alessi worked as a Community Manager (CAM) with Real Support Management in Malibu, California, from 1999 to 2001.

  3. David Alessi (Vegas) formed the Alessi Trustee Corporation (ATC) in Las Vegas in 2001, as well as the law firm Alessi & Koenig in 2004. By 2009, Alessi & Koenig had served over a quarter of a million residents in Nevada and California, making it the state's largest HOA assessment collection law company.

  4. For his remarkable accomplishment, David Alessi (Vegas) was honored by the publication Who's Who. As an expert witness in the profession, he testified in court and before the Commission of Common Interest Communities (CCIC). He also delivered HOA managers training for Nevada Real Estate Division licensure credits and took over 500 depositions (NRED).

  5. In 2009, David Alessi (Vegas) bought property on a Malibu seaside bluff. Brad Keywell paid $1.25 million for his three- story, 8,000-square-foot bespoke home in 2016. He rented the property out on Airbnb for two years after the renovations were completed in 2014.

  6. David Alessi (Vegas) has given millions of dollars to environmental, animal rights, and children's charities over the last 15 years, as well as 5 acres of land in the Santa Monica Mountains.
