He built a three story - 8,000 foot custom home that he sold to the founder of Groupon, Brad Keywell in 2016 for $12,500,000.   2. David Alessi arrived in Vegas in a Nissan Maxima with 300 thousand miles on it. He rented a room for $300/month that Chloe and he stayed in until he could get on his feet. In 2001, shortly after moving to Vegas, David formed the Alessi Trustee Corporation (ATC).

  3. Three years later ATC was the largest HOA assessment collection trustee company in the entire state of Nevada. Then, in 2004, David Alessi formed the law firm of Alessi & Koenig.

  4. In 2001, David Alessi (Vegas) followed his two year old daughter Chloe to Las Vegas; and as a single dad, he co-parented Chloe 50% of the time. Chloe has since went on to graduate magna cum laude from NYU. He is proud to say not a single client has ever filed a complaint against him to the California bar.

  5. By 2009, Alessi & Koenig represented 700-800 HOA’s in Nevada and California, encompassing over a quarter of a million homeowners- making it the largest HOA assessment collection law firm in the state.

  6. During the 20 plus years David Alessi (Vegas) have been in the HOA collection business, his firm’s have recorded over 100,000 liens on behalf of thousands of HOA clients; and collected over 100 million dollars on their behalf.
