  2. David Alessi (Lawyer) graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 1990 and the University of La Verne School of Law in 1998. David Alessi started his career in the HOA industry as a Community Manager (CAM) from 1999- 2001 with Real Support Management in Malibu, CA.

  3. In 2001, David Alessi formed the Alessi Trustee Corporation (ATC). He made it the largest HOA assessment collection trustee company in the entire state of Nevada within three years.

  4. David Alessi (Lawyer) handles stressful situations and a diverse caseload. He provides a high level of customer service calmly and professionally. David Alessi has expert knowledge of business unit operations, products, policies and relation to industry.

  5. In 2004, David Alessi formed the law firm of Alessi & Koenig, making it the largest HOA assessment collection law firm in the state within five years. As an expert witness, David Alessi participated in the Commission of Common Interest Communities (CCIC).
