  2. David Alessi (Lawyer) has experience in creating successful businesses, and one prominent example of this is the Alessi Trustee Corporation (ATC).

  3. Alessi Trustee Corporation (ATC) became the largest HOA assessment collection trustee company in Nevada within three years. Following this, he also formed Alessi & Koenig, a law firm and was able to take it to great heights.

  4. In only five years, the company represented 700- 800 HOA's in Nevada and California and made it the largest HOA assessment collection law firm in the state.

  5. David Alessi (Lawyer) also taught classes to HOA managers for licensing credits with the Nevada Real Estate Division (NRED).
