  2. Overview The Ad Manager is a new user interface enabling publishers direct access to your inventory and will immediately replace the excel IO order entry process. In addition to this information packet, you will receive documentationandwebinar training to complete the onboarding of the Ad Manager. The rest of this deck will cover: What is the Ad Manager? What is changing in my daily routine? What is not changing in my daily routine? Rollout process What are the next steps? Ad Manager Roadmap Where do I go for more information?

  3. What is the Ad Manager? Publisher’s direct access to the Verve Network

  4. What is the Ad Manager? The Ad Manager gives greater control and visibility to publishers in the following areas: Trafficking orders: Tired of filling out excel IO’s and e-mailing them? Now, you are able to enter your order and flight information directly in the Ad Manager. Validations, drop downs, and prompts will streamline data entry and accuracy. Managing flights: Need to change a creative now? You can now add new creatives on the fly and deactivate old ones. Viewing reports: Would you like to get data more than once a week? The reports and dashboard pages are updated daily. Checking Inventory: Curious about your availability in the coming months? The inventory forecast tool allows quick access to your inventory. How does it help us Win?

  5. What is the Ad Manager? Geo targeting at Metro, Region, and Country Levels Ad Manager capability highlights Daily reporting Check inventory against current and future reservations

  6. What is changing in my daily routine? Creating orders • Orders are now composed of individual flights. At least one flight exists per order. • Use the Ad Manager to fill out the necessary details for the order and flight as opposed to the excel spreadsheet. • For reporting purposes, we now require an advertiser for each order. • The earliest you can start a flight is the next business day. Verve Ad Operations still inspects and validates flights for operational integrity. Modifications to existing orders can be done through Ad Manager. Reporting is available daily through the Ad Manager and will no longer be sent via e-mail. 10 thousand foot view of the world

  7. What is not changing in my world? Landing page builds will still be handled by Ad Operations. You can still build out the order and the flight. You will have to wait for the destination URL (click thru) to complete loading ad. Communication with Verve Ad Operations. The Verve Ad Operations team is not disappearing, please feel free to communicate, ask questions, or exchange ideas. For most publishers, we have imported existing Doubleclick campaigns. They will have a “(DL)” added to the end of the order name. You will start seeing data from these campaigns populate your reports from the date they were imported. Unfortunately, you cannot manage these orders as they have a different backend data structure. Continue to work with Ad Ops to maintain these campaigns. Not much, but here’s a list of items . . .

  8. Rollout Plan • Publisher migrations will occur through a series of waves. • You will be notified via e-mail when your wave begins. • Read the supporting documentation included in your introductory packet. • Please send a list of names and e-mail addresses to support@vervewireless.comso we can create login information. • Attend a webinar listed in a follow up e-mail from your Account Manager. • Replays of the webcast will be posted to the wiki. • Get certified. Instructions to follow. • Go live! How do you get access to the ADM?
