S’emmarca en la Llei de Barris: Defineix per la ciutat de Barcelona 12 barris objecte d’actuació: Santa Caterina i Sant Pere, Roquetes, Poble-Sec, Torre-Baró-Ciutat meridiana, Trinitat Vella, La Bordeta, El Coll, Besòs-Maresme, Barceloneta, Bon Pastor-Baró de Viver, Raval Sud, La Vinya, Can Clos i Plus Ultra. • Respon a la voluntat de reforçar el desenvolupament econòmic de proximitat a Barcelona:Eix 5 de l’estratègia anticrisi del plenari de 26/03/2010; Acord 14 del Pacte per l’Ocupació de Qualitat ; Mesura de govern pel desenvolupament econòmic de proximitat aprovada en plenari el 23/07/2010. • S’adequa a les necessitats del territori i es presenta prèviament consensuada amb els districtes objecte d’actuació. • La sol·licitud s’adiu al moment econòmic actual, amb gairebé 1.850 beneficiaris: permetrà atendre un 53% més de beneficiaris/es que l’any anterior i multiplicar per 10 la xifra de 2008.

  4. Entre els principals projectes es presenten accions que permetran orientar, formar i inserir laboralment:

  5. Pensades i portades a terme mitjançant un treball col·laboratiu amb els agents socials i econòmics propis dels 12 barris, en la línia d’assegurar la transversalitat i la proximitat de la feina realitzada.

  6. Districte de Ciutat Vella Barris de Santa Caterina i Sant Pere (2004), la Barceloneta (2008) i Raval Sud (2010)
