Project Goal and Rationale • Goal • Implement a dashboard reporting tool to be utilized by INROADS management for tracking organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to improve performance • Rationale • Early identification of potential performance issues • Provides business intelligence for making organizational corrections and improvements • More timely updates on organizational KPIs • Facilitates objectivity in making organizational decisions

  4. Approach • Collaborate with INROADS COO • Leverage work already underway in measuring operational KPIs • Utilize experienced resources offered by MetLife • Develop in-house solution

Progress (December – February) • December • Met with INROADS CEO and COO to discuss project deliverables • Met with INROADS Board chair, CEO, and COO • January • Met with MetLife Project Manager • Demonstration of MetLife dashboard tool • Produced pace-to-goal projections based on historical performance • Created various other performance charts • February • Created dashboard charts for Board portal

  6. Progress (March – May) • March • Changed scope in favor of Balanced Scorecard methodology • April • Researched off-the-shelf solutions • May • Presented solution to INROADS Executive Leadership Team • Met with ELT to agree on KPIs
