Goals and Activities (Cont.) • Intellectual Property • Coordinate with NCHRP 20-89 panel (18 mo.) • Distribute results of DOT research unit survey to RAC (4 mo.) & provide feedback • Assist COR, LIST, et al. with IP workshop at 2012 TRB Annual Meeting • Ensure that new FHWA documents re: IP issues are distributed to RAC

  12. “Heads Up” • Federal Funding Accountability & Transparency Act (FFATA) • Does apply to us (contracts/grants $25K +) • FHWA-OCRTI working with CFO to advise division offices • PM&Q will work w/OCTRI to ensure that RAC getting consistent message from FHWA • Mechanics of reporting up to each state
