  1. Class of 2014 Senior Meeting Prom & Graduation Information

  2. Senior PROM Friday, May 16th 7:00-11:00pm You must check in by 8pm, no admittance after this time BWI Marriot

  3. Ticket Sales Senior’s Only can purchase tickets: April 22nd and April 23rd 10:30am – 12:15pm Main Lobby April 24th 6:00am -7:00am Main Gym Lobby – Must enter through outside door NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

  4. Required to Purchase Tickets: Photo Identification: -To buy ticket -To get into Prom -To get into Prom Breakfast GreenProm Contract: Filled out completely Receipt for Payment of any Obligations-if applicable

  5. Non BHS Senior Date: An underclassman from BHS or any students who does not attend BHS • April 28th in the Main Lobby • 10:30am – 12:15pm • April 29th in the Cafeteria • 2:10-2:45pm • First come first serve for any remaining tickets • Must bring “Prom Date Form” completed • Same price and procedure • We cannot guarantee tickets for all potential dates because BHS Seniors are given priority.

  6. The Assembly Line:

Line………………........ • Make sure all obligations are paid prior to purchasing a prom ticket • You may not buy your ticket if: • You have not paid for your cap & gown • You have any obligations with the Media Center, Financial Office or Parking Tickets • No line will be honored before the start time. • Absolutely no holding places – not even for dates!

  8. When paying obligations after April 11th. Please bring your receipt to the Prom Ticket ID table to show your obligations are paid.

  9. Payment • Cash or Check Accepted : Checks payable to Broadneck High School • Cost: $55.00 per person • If you earned a FREE ticket from the fall fundraiser, we will have your name at the table but you still have to go through the same procedures with ID and paperwork

  10. Prom Breakfast • Prom breakfast is a Drug Free event hosted by the PTSO after the prom at Broadneck High School. • 12:00pm – 3 am, no admittance after 12:45am • Even if you are not attending Prom, you may go to Prom breakfast • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING THE INFORMATION UP AS YOU EXIT THE PROM TICKET LINE

Other Information • Gentlemen – Rent your tuxedo from Men’s Warehouse and say it is for BHS and the Class of 2014 will receive a % back. • Ladies – Bruin Prom Shop – We have collected a lot of beautiful dresses. If you would like to have a private shopping experience to pick out a free dress, please see Ms. Quigley to make an appointment. • Prom King & Queen-Expect ballots through English Classes.

  12. Graduation Day! Friday, June 6th 3:30 pm Students must arrive by 2:30 pm At the Show Place Arena

  13. Graduation Rehearsal May 28th & May 29th 10:30am – 1:00pm Main Gym All must be in attendance to both rehearsals to receive your graduation tickets!

  14. Graduation Tickets You will receive 8 tickets after graduation rehearsal is complete. Need extra tickets? Have extra tickets? Broadneck HS does not orchestrate this but it can be done through social media.

  15. Pick Up Orders • Please check to see if your parents ordered graduation announcements. Many of the orders were not picked up last week. • If you ordered a panoramic picture and did not pick it up last week, pick it up now.
