    3. Summary: January to December 2010 Total of 4200 clients served (3826) 17.2% of clients were new to Part B and MAI (20.1%) 52% of population below Federal Poverty Level (50.1%) 44.9% reported no form of insurance (46.1%) 3.8% of clients received outreach (7.3%)
