教學信念與內涵 9. 馮國豪. 影響. 教師信念對於班級經營效能之影響,國內外學者之諸多研究,已獲實證支持,楊士賢 ( 1997) 的研究指出不同班級經營信念類型的國小級任教師,其班級經營效能具有顯著的差異,就整體班級經營效能而言,「民主型」、「控制型」、「開放型」這三種信念類型的級任教師班級經營效能顯著高於「疏離型」的級任教師;而且國小級任教師之班級經營信念對於班級經營效能具有顯著的預測力。此外,國外學者 Agne 、 Greenwood 與 Miller (1994 ) 的研究發現,人本取向的教師其教學效能感較高,而學生的學習成就亦較高。.
