Space Available/Benefit Cruise • Must choose whether to participate in: • Princess Employee Space Available Program or • Holland America Line Benefit Cruise Program • Participation in both is not permitted • Friends & Family • Offered with Princess and Holland America • May participate in both Two Plans Offered

Available to employees after the completion of two consecutive seasonal contracts and 600 hours total • $0 per day, per person (inside cabin) • Government Fees & Taxes Additional • Pre Pay Gratuities Required • Option to Pay for Upgrade Accommodations • For 2013 Season - must SAIL by Dec 31, 2014 • Onboard discounts apply • Captain Circle status is recognized • Free Standard Transfers Space Available - Princess

Paper Application: Employee Space Available Request • Signed by Manager • Verified by Human Resources Seattle • Concessions Loads into the Space Available System • If available, confirmations can be made anywhere from 6 months to 1 day prior • Concessions will contact you via EMAIL • Respond within 3 days Space Available – How to Apply

  8. Print neatly • Enter 4 voyages with voyage numbers • Names? Please put your name on the request • Not sure - 3 or 4 People? – put all possible names so that you can obtain a cabin that will hold that many (names can be changed later) • Please refrain from voyages that end with an “A” • Purchase protection plan by completing additional form you may request from HR (approx. $25 per person) Space Available TIPS

Available to employees after the completion of two consecutive seasonal contracts with a min. of 400 hours each season • One Benefit cruise of up to 14 days in length • $15 per day per person – 21 day confirmation if available • Free-of-Charge – day of or a few days confirmation if available • Must SAIL no later than 6 months after employment ends • Onboard discounts of 10% apply to: • Shore Excursions • Non-Alcoholic Beverages • May request free standard transfers • Mariner Society recognized onboard Benefit Cruise – Holland America

  10. Paper Application: HAL Employee Cruise Request Form • Completed form must be sent to Human Resources Seattle • Once verified, then forwarded to Holland America Line Human Resources Benefit Cruise – How to Apply

  11. If you request the $15 per day Benefit Cruise and get cleared 2 days prior, it will not change to a “Free” cruise. Benefit Cruise – TIPS

  13. Available to employees after the completion of one seasonal contract • May book as many cruises as you like • You Must travel on the cruise, you can not offer to your friends & family unless you also go in the same cabin • Reduced fare • For 2013 Season, must BOOK by December 31, 2014 • Onboard discounts apply • Automatically applied to your booking • Captain Circle status is recognized Friends & Family - Princess

Your Manager will Collect your Email Address at End of Seasonal Contract • You will be Emailed a Password at the end of the season to Access the Friends & Family Rates within Princess.com • Payment in Full is Required at Time of Booking • Immediate Confirmation you are Cruising Friends & Family – How to Apply
