  4. List of Major Milestones 2012 – Dec UCN Source & Spallation Target installation at RCNP. UCN/nEDM prototyping & commissioning begins. 2014 – Apr Kicker (or Kicker Ceramic Beamtube) Installation completed. 2014 – Aug UCN/nEDM RCNP phase completed. Uninstall & transport to TRIUMF. 2014 – Dec Meson Hall Clean-up completed. 2015 – Apr UCN Source & Spallation Target received at TRIUMF. Installation of Target & Source. 2016 – Mar UCN Beamline (BL1U) Installation completed. 2016 – Mar Commission UCN Facility using low intensity beam.
