  3. Rivers Trails and Conservation Assistance Program – Community Assistance Arm of NPS • On average yearly we work with partners to: • create over 1400 miles of trails • conserve more than 63,000 acres of open space • protect more than 700 miles of river Deadline: August 1st www.nps.gov/rtca
