  4. Step 4: Click icon ‘DokumenKualiti’

  5. Step 5:Click ‘JabatanFarmasi’ to access PK / AK Step 6: Click ‘DokumenSokongan’

  6. PK / AK JabatanFarmasi as displayed below

  7. DkumensokonganJabatanFarmasi

  8. Step 7: Click “POLISI PPUM” Then select “Medication Management and Use Policy (MMU)”
