STATEWIDE CONTRACT PERFORMANCE REMINDER Date: January 17, 2013 To: State of Georgia Statewide Suppliers From: Darryl Mitchell, Director of Strategic Sourcing Subject: Quarterly Sales Reports, Fees and Rebates This memo is a reminder that the Georgia statewide contract with your business requires you to provide a sales report for the 2nd quarter of fiscal year 2013 (October 1st through December 31st) to the Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) and to promptly remit any administrative fees and/or rebates payable to DOAS. Maintaining compliance with the terms of your statewide contract is critical to preserving your eligibility to remain a statewide contract holder and to compete for future contract opportunities.
