TESTING PROCEDURES. Students must have student ID out and ready before entering lab office. Student ID must be shown for every test and procedure form filled out every semester, keep your ID at your desk during your test. EVERYTHING MUST BE PUT INTO CUBBIES UP FRONT! .

  2. Students must have student ID out and ready before entering lab office. • Student ID must be shown for every test and procedure form filled out every semester, keep your ID at your desk during your test

  3. EVERYTHING MUST BE PUT INTO CUBBIES UP FRONT! • TURN OFF Cell Phones/Blue Tooth. • NO Food or Drinks at your desk

  4. Sign into E-campus to access test • Only e-campus can be open on your computer. NO other websites ALLOWED. • No Talking - Raise your hand if you have a computer problem ONLY. No questions about the test ALLOWED. • Do not save answers – ONLY submit at the end of the test

  5. POLICE WILL BE NOTIFIED • IF you violate any rule, you will be given an eviction (GREEN CARD) • NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

  6. NOTE • PLEASE BE ADVISED: This Building is under 24 electronic SURVEILLANCE

  7. DISABILITY SERVICES • Anyone needing special accommodations will need to do the following: • Contact Disability Services • Bring all documentation, and testing schedule to P112 within 72 hours of test. • Anyone coming in on the test day for accommodations will have to speak with Lisa Rattan.

  8. RESERVATIONS • PLEASE SIGN UP IN ADVANCE FOR TESTING. • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SEATING IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO ALREADY. • THIS IS ALSO FOR ISOATION ROOMS EVEN IF YOU JUST WANT TO STUDY.

  9. OUTSIDE NOISE • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NOISE OUTSIDE OF THE TESTING OR COMPUTER LAB AREAS. PLEASE BRING EARPLUGS OR CONTACT DISABILITY SERVICES.
