Sullivan County State OMH Programs • The Monticello Mental Health Center is an outpatient clinic, of the Rockland Psychiatric Center, which provides mental health services to seriously mentally ill persons age 18 and over who reside in Sullivan County. • To be eligible for admission to the clinic there must clear evidence of a psychiatric disorder as a primary diagnosis.

Friends and Advocates for Mental Health (FAMH)Alliance For The Mentally Ill of Sullivan County Friends and Advocates for Mental Health is the Sullivan County affiliate of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI). Primarily a family support and advocacy organization, FAMH strives to expand opportunities and improve the quality of life for all people with mental illness. FAMH provides mutual support for families and social, recreational and educational opportunities for consumers of mental health services.
