  1. Striving ReaderReview Room Technical Assistance Sessions The Striving Readers Comprehensive Literacy Grant funding is intended to improve reading performance of students from birth through grade twelve.

  2. What is Review Room? Review room is an online data management system that will allow us to do all of our grant development and management in one location. It allows us to set up work flow so that you will upload and manage your grant development and then we will manage the review.

  3. Review Room Link • The URL is: gastrivingreader12.myreviewroom.com/

  4. Create your Log-in • You will need to create a log-in for your district • If you do not have an account, click on the Need an Account? link and follow the on screen prompts • You will use your district email and create a password before creating school profiles.

  5. Microsoft Outlook • Systems using MO have encountered issues receiving the emails from Review Room • Make sure your network servers are not blocking emails ending with @myreviewroom.com • Add the @myreviewroom.comto your white list

  6. Create your district profile As the district administrator, you will develop the district profile. You will use the access code to begin development of this. The District Access code is: (it is case sensitive) SRCL2012GAdistrict

  7. Need an Account? Fill out the sections and then click on “Category” to choose either District or School

  8. Once you have filled out the sections and filled in the appropriate access code, click on Register to begin filling out district and/or school profiles

  13. After the district profile is created • You will send the school access code to a school/center contact that will begin development of the school profile. • Each school will develop their own profile, but as the district contact you must pre-populate the school or center that will develop a grant.

  14. Create your school profile • You will need the School Access code • SRCL2012School (case sensitive)

  15. What’s Next? • Once all of your district and school profiles are created you will automatically gain access to the full application, conflict of interest and disclosure policy, and grant assurances** • Begin working on the application being sure to submit it by December 14, 2012.
