Uses
  • Rhodium\'s Primary use is an alloying agent to harden platinum and palladium. Those agents are use for furnace windings.
  • Rhodium is also use for jewelry, for decoration, and for a catalyst.
  • Useful for an electric contact material as it has a low electrical resistance.
  • Sterling silver
why it is used those ways
Why it is used those ways
  • Rhodium is used for sterling silver because is does not smudge, scratch, or tarnish and if combined with platinum it could be a hundred percent impermeable
properties
Properties
