  2. Introducción • Tumor maligno primario frecuente en: • adolecentes varones y adultos jóvenes. • Agua Fluoridificada incrementa el riesgo 5 veces en menores de 20 años. • Manejo usual con quimioterapia neoadyuvante y cirugía conservadora

  3. epidemiología • 7 casos por millón • Brote de crecimiento de la adolecencia • Por asociación: talla (crecimiento acelerado)

  5. características • OS intramedular (más frecuente) • OS Paraosteal, multifocal, intracortical y de Superficie. • Los tipos histológicos más frecuentes son: Osteoblástico, condroblástico y fibroblástico. • Telangiectásico y microcelular/de células pequeñas.

  7. Factores de pronóstico • p53, mala evolución • P16 menor supervivencia en pediatría • Caveolin, mejor pronóstico, menor incidencia de metástasis
