Each student has a booth with
a 350 Amp multiprocess (Stick/Mig/Tig) power supply
leather cape and sleeves
and welding clamp
All of our booths are now equipped with new multi-process inverter power supplies set up for Stick and MIG
Students cut all their own metal from stock using oxyacetylene torches.
Students use mechanized equipment for cutting and beveling test plates
Advanced students cut, bevel, and weld pipe
The first weld test assembly for EG243 Welding, our beginning welding course.
Using 1/8” diameter E6011 and E7018 SMAW (“Stick”) electrodes on 3/8” thick steel plate.
