Shared ILS, part 1 • Weekly phone calls with the SILS Circulation Working Group • Weekly Phone calls with Ex Libris and OCLC • Bi-weekly, later weekly, all-SPOT phone calls • One-on-one calls with Bill Kelm and OCLC to test NCIP --> Alma • Buddy Cohort 1 library NRE --> Alma --> NRE testing phone calls • End-to-end testing with each Cohort 1 library ...and many, many Google docs.

And is necessary. • Every member library is unique. • Conference Call Etiquette 101 • You need to mute your phone • Don't trust your mute button • If your institution has hold music, don't put the conference call on "hold"
