Multi-frequency Enhancement • Issues and Enhancements identified by the committee for ARINC 631-7 supplement • Key technical issues experienced in Link 2000+ operations • Identified issues would eventually be worked through AEEC 631 committee • Performance Improvement • Improve network performance using separate timers and counters for certain control frames (Further analysis on the effectiveness needed) • Monitoring • Downlink aircraft sensed Channel Utilization • Downlink software build information • Ground Station Address Allocation Update • Other… Future AEEC 631-7 Update Categories

  4. Such categories within AEEC 631 supplements would drive changes to Doc 9776, and: • RTCA MASPS/MOPS,EUROCAE MOPS in order to maintain the harmonization aspects of VDL Mode 2 standards Affecting harmonized documents
