CharismaticLeaders Leadership Challenges and Solutions • leading the shy, quiet team members • - create a climate where they at least feel more comfortable • - open door policy not push them through it • handle chronic late comers to meetings • - start meeting regardless some members are missing or late • - do not stop meeting
