    17. 1. Design, implementation and monitoring of Institutional Quality Management System relating to academic activities. 2. Plan, facilitate and monitor the development and implementation of an Academic Programme Planning and Accreditation System Design, facilitate and monitor the implementation of the Academic Review System for existing programmes and modules Coordination of institutional surveys relating to institutional level quality policies and processes for academic activities (e,g. Graduate surveys; PG academic experience; UG academic experience) 5. Design, facilitate and monitor the implementation of the Support Services Review System 6. Oversee the operation of the programme feedback system ‘

Secretarial support for CPID management meetings Maintain and coordinate appointment schedule for CPID management Administrative arrangements for workshops and other capacity-building activities. Arrangements for meetings relating to CPID activities General Office Management (requisitions, printing and stationery, filing system) Budget control for CPID 7. Travel arrangements for CPID staff 8. Logistical arrangements for institutional audits and academic and support services reviews. 9. Maintain CPID website
