Box 4502 • New York, NY 10014 • Dear Ms. Orman • My name is Monica Calhoun I am a professor at the University of Nevada, I am teaching a class on Personal Finances. As a professor of finance I have followed your career, and have read all of your books including you’re latest book,” The book for the Young, Fabulous & Broke”. I would like to know if you are able to speak with my graduating class this year on May 26, 2011. Your expertise would be valuable to the students who are about to enter into the real world. • Also, as chair person for the Associated Student Organizations at this University our budget is very limited it only allows us to set aside $1000.00 for a keynote speaker. I do understand that you are a busy person and that you are promoting you’re new book, but you coming to tour our campus and be our guest speaker would leave a huge impact on our graduteting students. • Once again I would like to extend this open invitation to you, as a highly known business professional of finances that it would be an honor for us to have u as our guest speaker. As chair person for the Associated Students Organization Committee, we would need to know if you are able to attend by April 25, 2011. Please feel free to call if you need more information regarding this event. • Sincerely, • Monica Calhoun • Professor, Chair Of ASO Committee

  5. I’m looking to at least reserve 80 rooms in your hotel to accommodate my staff and their family. We also need about 3 of your conferences rooms for about 25 or more people to hold our sales meetings for 1 ½ days. I visited your web site and noticed that you have a stay and play package, entertainment package, and group getaways. The dates I’m looking for are April 20-24, or July 10-14. Also do you give group rates and what requirements needs to be taken to reserve a reservation at your hotel to hold one of these dates for my company, if it’s possible to have a response by Dec 3. 6. Request Refusal Reprographics Department Date: March 29, 2011 To: Jose.lopex@eec.com Subject: Copy of Photoshop Software Cc: Dear Mr. Robert Barnes Because of our company relationship with Photoshop Software, your request for a copy cannot be granted at this time. As manager of the company I am not allowed to let employees make copies for personal use, software was given to our company for training purposes only. This software is very expensive; they would go out of business if they allow every company that is interested in it makes copies. • I’m only allowed to demonstrate to you and four other engineers in the company on how the program works and how we can put this software to use in our company. This program is a licensed product and we don’t have the rights to do so, it’s against the law and I could lose my job. I have also informed Mr. Jose Lopex on this decision. Sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused, but in the near future when new material comes in for training purposes. I will check with our management department on our company’s policies, and rules on personal use. I do agree that some materials we use should be available for that department. Sincerely, Monica Calhoun Manager OF Reprographics Department
