  5. Public-private partnerships • NS welcomes public-private partnerships • These partnerships have: • Added capacity at Cincinnati • Cleared our route in PA for double stack trains • Added capacity in North Carolina

  6. New Initiatives Coming attractions: • More capacity in northern New Jersey • More capacity in Delaware • A new intermodal terminal in Philadelphia • More capacity along the eastern seaboard

  8. Summing up • Rail intermodal is a key component of any logistics system • It will become more important as international trade expands • And highways become more congested • NS likes public-private partnerships • And is ready to work with Indiana on making the vision a reality
