Using iMovie for animations

Using iMovie for animations. Click on iMovie icon. iMovie will open up. Create a New Project. Give your project a name. Try to be ore creative than this. The project name should appear in the Project Library menu. Adjust Project Properties. Go to Ken Burns. Select “Fit in Frame”.

  1. Using iMovie for animations

  2. Click on iMovie icon

  3. iMovie will open up

  4. Create a New Project

  5. Give your project a name

  6. Try to be ore creative than this

  7. The project name should appear in the Project Library menu

  8. Adjust Project Properties

  9. Go to Ken Burns

  10. Select “Fit in Frame”

  11. If you imported your images to iPhoto you can find them by clicking on the camera icon on the right

  12. To select a series of images first select one image by clicking on it

  13. Next move your cursor to the last image in the sequence you wish to import and hit shift and click

  14. Click on an image and drag it to the project bar.

  15. Select the time adjustment on the lower left side of the first image

  16. Duration Menue

  17. Change Duration to the lowest setting

  18. Select Applies to all photos

  19. Duration will readjust to the lowest allowed

  20. Sound Effects can be added.

  21. Music can be added

  22. Dragging to background

  23. Dropped in background

  24. Dropping in frame (can adjust length)

  25. Adjusted by dragging green bar

  26. Transitions can be dropped between frames but your images need to be 1-2 full seconds long

  27. Titles and credits. Select the style you want and drop in front or behind the frame you want the credits to appear
