Form 91 Synopsis • GOAL – To identity and prioritize the minimum and expected criteria for a successful Form 91 Check ride • Develop a Standardized Checklist and procedures for efficient mission pilot evaluations • Develop a process for training mission pilots on multiple GPS equipment (FLWG has 18 GX-55 GPS) • Change the culture away from parallel searches to use more appropriate search patterns for the situation • Develop an extensive list of questions regarding mission planning and execution for check pilots to use during oral evaluations
