Ipilimumab dans le cancer de la prostate métastatique résistant à la castration Étude ouverte de phase I/II d’escalade de dose sans et avec radiothérapie (1) Schéma d’étude • Schéma • Phase I – escalade de dose (3,5 ou 10 mg/kg d’ipilimumab) puis 3 ou 10 mg/kg d’ipilimumab ± RT • Phase II –Cohorte d’expansion : 10 mg/kg ± cohortes de RT • Objectifs • Tolérance • Réponse PSA à J85,réponse globale PSA, et réponse tumorale selon les critères RECIST • Évaluations de la réponse • PSA : J22, J43, J64, J85 puis tous les mois • Tumeur : J85 puis tous les 3 mois Toutes les 3 sem. pendant 4 doses Suivi ou doses additionnelles d’ipilimumab Screening ± RT Jours 421 ou progression Ipilimumab
