Overview/Target Audience • Privately held medical device co., Baldwin, NY • Web Site showcases innovative, quality-oriented minimally invasive spine/neurosurgical medical devices • Business Goal- educate both physicians and patients alike to drive demand • User Expectations - educated and impactful meeting when physician and patient comes together • Expected Outcomes - Elliquence knowledge of users’ needs and how web design can meet those needs • Target Audience – Medical Professionals, Allied Health, patients who suffer from Discogenic back pain

Conclusions & Recommendations NO YES • no help tool • no search tool • no home header • no products header • no social media buttons • no site map link • no currency date of web site listed anywhere • no links to YouTube to show how procedure is done since not shown on web site • no cookie crumbs for ease of navigation • no labeling for majority of pdf’s • login link is dead on home page • products broken down by technology rather than specialty (Target Customer) • copy Novel “Reimbursement link & live chat” • copy value added product coupons • music loop plays when home page is accessed; there is a mute button but is un-muted each time a new page is entered, except the Technology-Product page • testimonials are only written from physician perspective, no patients included • workshop registration forms are out of date • Hire a Professional Web Designer!!!!!
