Timeline/Process • November 2007 • Gathered community and student input for school name, mascot, and colors • Set up Elem #45 website • Sent flyers to all students who feed into Elem #45 • Mailed flyers home to students off track • Student meetings at MDVE and SHE • Put information in the Meadows newsletter

Suggestions will be accepted until January 11. **Students should return this form to their teacher. Parents may leave this form with the office.
